Project Description
Real Estate Development Partners (RED Partners) in Charlotte, NC were in need of a replacement roof for a Food Lion Shopping Center that they own. They selected K-Town Roofing to replace their existing roofing with a new Carlisle, 60-mil, TPO, Single-Ply Membrane Roof. As part of the project, we also installed all new gutters, downspouts, and coping caps.
